Starting next week, six super weeks of free fun is coming to Coopers Square as the hugely popular Snapper Jaxx Kids’ Club is returning for the long school holidays.
From Tuesday 24 July and running right up until Tuesday 28 August, children will have plenty to keep them entertained from 11am to 4pm during their summer break, with each week taking on a unique theme for youngsters to enjoy in the Burton upon Trent shopping centre.
From science experiments with hosts Benson Burner and Rita Reaction and robot dancing with Ruby Robot to putting on a circus show with Rita Ringmaster and planning a carnival with Miranda Maraca children can let their imaginations run wild from 11am to 4pm every Tuesday.
Coopers Square Centre Manager, David Chadfield, said he was delighted that the popular kids’ club would be returning for six weeks. “Our Snapper Jaxx Kids’ Club always proves a real hit with children and parents alike and I’m thrilled it will be here for the summer holidays.
“So far this year more than 300 youngsters have taken part and we’re looking forward to even more to join us over the coming weeks. We’ve got a range of fantastic themes lined up, each with its own set of activities, so there is something for everyone. We really enjoy hosting events like this and it is great when you can hear children laughing, playing and really having fun in the centre.”
As well as the free fun in the centre, the Snapper Jaxx loyalty card will continue to run, with anyone who attends four or more events during the course of 2018, and gets a stamp, will get a special goodie bag full of treats.
“This is the perfect chance for those wanting to make sure they get their all-important stamps on their Snapper Jaxx loyalty card,” added David, “and there are six opportunities to add to their cards and get themselves a goodie bag. I’m sure that the next few weeks are going to prove a real treat with families from across Burton.”
Snapper Jaxx will be back at Coopers Square from Tuesday 24 July and will be running every Tuesday until Tuesday 28 August. It takes place from 11am to 4pm every day and is free for children to attend.
